ALWAYS. DESIGNING. FORWARD
My path into design started in the studio, working in painting and illustration, where I learned to see structure, rhythm, and detail in everything. That traditional foundation still shapes how I approach layout, typography, and visual storytelling today.
For the past decade, I’ve worked in publishing and production, designing and managing books from early concept through final press. I collaborate closely with creative teams and print partners to make sure strong ideas carry through to the finished piece — accurately, efficiently, and without losing their visual integrity.
I’m especially interested in the space where creativity meets process. Prepress, file construction, workflow development, and production systems are not separate from design — they’re what allow design to succeed at scale. Developing SOPs and building more efficient handoffs between teams has become a key part of my work.
I care about thoughtful, well-structured design and the details that make it function in the real world. For me, good design isn’t just how something looks — it’s how clearly and reliably it works.
